Our Story

Education is the only vehicle that can unlock true progress and open up entirely new worlds of possibility, for both individuals and society. Our journey into masterclass education began with Sankalpa Academy—a short-lived initiative, yet one that left us with powerful lessons that continue to fuel our mission.

We have since set our sights higher. How could we bridge the gap between cutting-edge research in child development and the daily practices of teachers in classrooms? How could we accelerate the transfer of knowledge from master educators to teachers and parents everywhere? These questions became the foundation of Sankalpa Education.

This is not an easy problem. Despite universal agreement on the importance of education for personal and societal well-being, we continue to struggle to define what great education should look like. There isn’t a single reference to answer educators’ and parents’ most pressing questions and to offer a clear path forward.

Education Empowered is our answer to this challenge. It is an effort by Sankalpa Education to marshal the most advanced insights in education and child development into one definitive resource. It’s not just “yet another book” for teachers and caregivers—it’s the book that they should read if they can only read one.

But our mission isn’t to sell books—it’s to accelerate and scale up learning. While some teachers will take a book and run with it, we understand that reading isn’t everyone’s preferred path. That’s why we have been compiling inspiring lessons from master educators and insightful experiences from teachers in the field. These will be released every two weeks in easy-to-digest, actionable formats.

For those who need deeper support and more hands-on guidance, we are also assembling ready-to-use training for both parents and teachers. This isn’t your standard professional development sequence. This is transformational learning that is designed to empower the drivers of children’s growth and development.

Our training brings to life what Education Empowered calls The Three Pillars—a framework that helps educators and parents develop transferable skills that are aligned with how our brains work. It is high time that every child is offered not just an education, but great education—one that nurtures their full potential.
