Srinivas Jallepalli founded Sankalpa Academy, a growth -mindset school created to offer gifted-level education to all children. He is also the cofounder of Higher Orbit Foundation, a nonprofit that promotes educational equity. Jallepalli has an abiding passion for synthesizing the latest research findings in child development and understanding the challenges preventing us from bringing this research to our schools.

 

As an engineer and statistician, he has worked at AT&T’s Bell Laboratories, Motorola, Freescale Semiconductor, and NXP. He is currently a technical director at NXP Semiconductors. Jallepalli holds four US patents and has contributed to more than forty-five papers in IEEE conferences and refereed journals. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Sankalpa Education is the natural successor to Sankalpa Academy in its pursuit of excellence and well-being for all children.
